The Pancatantra of Srivisnusarman is one of the most influential Sanskrit contributions to the world literature. It is also the most frequently translated literary product of India. In the Indian tradition, it is a treatise on political science and human conduct or niti. In the present undertaking, the authors have tried to translate the whole text in simple and lucid style. This English translation should be taken as an effort to research and reinterpret an ancient masterpiece with the aim of reviving interest in ancient classics.
