Prof. Avtar Singh, founder and chairman of Sri Sukhmani group of institutions, is an internationally renowned educationist. He is having degrees in BA, FICWA, and ACCA (London). He served Indian Air Force and took premature retirement in 1965. He was the founder secretary of First Chapter of ICWA. He established the educational society of professionals and vocational in 1979 and thereafter became the eminent educationist in the professional education. He is a great visionary who invested his entire savings on establishing an educational group.
