Management Research Compendium is a Compilation of Research Papers which Author has published in various Research Journals of Management Discipline or he has presented at different International conferences in last seven years of his academic journey. These papers vividly cover different domains and functions of management discipline like Buyer behaviour, Market Entry Strategy, Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility, SME’s, Franchise Business, and Media Penetration etc. Out of total ten research papers compiled in this book six are primary study oriented and rest are structured with the help of secondary data, for a reader this text can be a good source to get some flavour of academic research and publications because as a research beginner when one will read these research papers then he/she will be able to relate the theory of basic concepts in research with the application of those concepts and theories in actual research work. One limitation of this book is that it does not contain in-depth statistical analysis because most of the research papers which are based on primary data are a result of author’s consultancy assignments from Corporates and Not for Profit Organizations.
