This Book explains the Traits of Kin Anthometric Characteristics and Physical Fitness Variables to identify Talent of Young Male Judokas through anthropometric measurement and tests on physical fitness variables. It reveals that Muscular hypertrophy is prevalent in Judokas which conforms to the sports training principles. Judokas have lesser amount of bone mass as compare to others. Excessive fat mass has been reported by the Judokas of age group under 20 middle and heavy weight
categories.

Age category of under 17 light weight and under 20 middle weight categories both show higher ectomorph as compared to normal individual of same age group. On the basis of the mean decimal age, Judokas of U-17 in the weight category of light are the youngest and middie are the oldest, and the same results are obtained in U-20 age group body weight.

The body weight of Judokas increased with the ascending order of the weight category. This is further concluded that the body heiht of Judokas remained shorter than that of the control group in all the weight Categories and age groups.

 Speed parameters of Judokas i all age and weight categories average more than 5 sec. which is considered to be very poor. The whole results on SBJ had shown no significant difference between all age and weight categories Judokas. Age group of under 17 middle weight category Judokas are poor on FBR which informs about trunk flexibility and its coordination with hamstring group of muscles. Judokas of all age groups and weight categories have shown good results on shoulder, elbow and wrists strength endurance while control group has exhibited poor performance on this area.

Judokas of all age groups and weight categories arebetter on 6×10 meter shuttle run than control groups, emphasizing the need of agility for Judokas.

The results of heavy weight Judokas U-17 on 600 meter are poorer then those of the control group which has surprised the researcher. U-20 heavy weight category Judokas have given very poor results on J.M.G. which shows that this group lacks aerobic and anaerobic capacities and also is poor on abdominal strength endurance. The score of control group also has the same trend. On Height Weight Ratio the results are almost similar on Judokas and control group.

Dr. Sher Singh a renowned name in the field of Judo is working with Govt. of Rajasthan, Department of School Education, presently posted as Physical Education Teacher in Burjwala Sri Karanpur, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. He is a well qualified Judo Coach and was coach for Indian School Games in 2022. Four student represented India under his guidance and leadership. He is a Black Belt Fourth DAN and was former Captain of Indian Rugby Team. He is an "A" grade International Judo Referee who has officiated many National and International Competitions. He is also a Bronze Medalist of Common Wealth Judo Championship 2018 (Master) and appointed as Sweep Icon for Parliament Election 2019. He Has bEEn Facilitated with Governor Award in 2019, He has been facilitated with Governor Award in 2014 by Govt. of Rajasthan.

Dr. Rekha Bhardwaj is working as Director of Physical Education in CH. B.R.G. Government Girls College, Sriganganagar, one of the most prestigious Colleges under Govt. of Rajasthan. Author of the book, "Psycho- Socio and Cultural Factors influencing Stress on performance" which has been a reference tool in the field of research. She is a versatile physical education teacher with experience of 23 years of teaching and training and is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator from Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India and YTCC 500 hours from USA Yoga Alliance. She is also a Member of Board of Studies and Board of Sports, MGU, Bikanare since 2010. Two students have represented India under her supervision and more than 70 students have participated in inter- university competitions. She has attended about 25 National and International seminars and 20 research papers have been published in various National and International Journals. She has been invited as a resource person for various National and International Seminars and Conferences.
